Return & Exchange Policy
At Crafted Acrylics, we take great pride in creating unique, hand-crafted acrylic items that are made with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom nature of these items and the personalized craftsmanship involved, all sales of hand-crafted acrylic products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We encourage our customers to reach out with any questions or concerns prior to ordering to ensure complete satisfaction with their selection.
Exceptions to this policy include cases where items arrive damaged due to shipping. In such cases, we require notification within 7 days of receipt, along with photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or store credit.
